Accountique Freshers Labz is a practical accounting and taxation training institute based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We offer skill-based training programs aimed at freshers and professionals seeking hands-on industry exposure.

Our courses are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements and that the information provided during enrollment is accurate.

• Enrollment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of the required fee payment.
• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Course fees, schedules, and batch details are subject to change. Any such changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule batches due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative batch placement will be offered.

• Before Course Commencement: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the batch start date.
• After Course Commencement: No refund will be provided once a course has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accontiquefresherslabz@gmail.com.

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion from Accountique Freshers Labz. Certificates are issued subject to satisfactory attendance and completion of any assessments or practicals as required by the course structure. Certificates remain the intellectual property of the institute and are issued for individual use only.

All course materials, including but not limited to notes, presentations, case studies, videos, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Accountique Freshers Labz. Students may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any course content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised sharing of materials may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.

All students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behaviour towards trainers and fellow students.
• Attend sessions punctually and maintain the required attendance.
• Not engage in any disruptive, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct during training.

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

While we strive to deliver high-quality training, we do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. Our courses are designed to equip students with practical skills; career results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Website content is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountique Freshers Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the course in question.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
